The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is soliciting Bids from Contractors to supply all labour, material, and equipment for the reconstruction of Edward Street from Main Street to the existing terminus, and new road extension of Edward Street to Millard Street in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.  

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
