The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town) is soliciting bids from Contractors (“Bidders”) to perform the Reconstruction of Lloyd Street within the Municipality, to be completed in 2023.  

This project includes, but is not limited to the following work:


The supply of all labour, equipment, and material for the reconstruction of Lloyd Street including watermains with service connections, sanitary sewers with laterals, new storm sewer and catch basins, granular base and subbase, subdrains, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, hot mix paving, driveway restoration, and topsoil and sod within the Community of Stouffville.
