The project consists of the supply of all labour, equipment, and material for the reconstruction of Winona Drive including watermains with service connections, sanitary sewers with laterals, new storm sewer and catch basins, granular base and subbase, subdrains, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, streetlighting, hot mix paving, driveway restoration, and topsoil and sod within the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.
