The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is seeking detailed proposals from one or more qualified Proponents to finance the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, management, and operation of a multi-sport dome at Ballantrae Park, located at 5592 Aurora Road in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario (the “Site”). The Proponent who is awarded the Project will be providing complete design services and will achieve approvals for the multi-sport dome facility (the “Facility”). Refer to Appendix ‘A’ and ‘B’ for the location and size of the site and the supplementary zoning regulations. The one Air-Supported Structure dome (“Dome 1”) is intended to remain inflated 365 days a year. An optional second Air-Supported Structure dome (“Dome 2”) associated with the existing tennis courts would be considered based on the Proponent’s business plan for all-season use; or seasonal use and removed during spring and summer months.

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Project”) are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
