The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is soliciting Proposals from qualified Consultants to work with Town Council and staff in the development of a comprehensive Corporate Identity and Branding Plan. The Successful Proponent must have municipal branding experience, including the ability to conduct all required public consultation and research, coordinate and facilitate the planning process, and create a Corporate Identity and Branding Plan suitable for public review and presentation.

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
