The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Contractors (“Proponents”) to fully renovate the existing 1,280-square-foot lunchroom within the Town’s Municipal Offices to better serve a staff population of approximately 100 people. The renovation will focus on creating a more functional, inviting, and flexible space that improves day-to-day use while supporting larger events such as staff functions and cook-offs. The project description and scope of work (collectively, the “Project”) are as set out in this Request for Proposal, as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The award is subject to budget availability.
