The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting bids for a professional contractor to supply, deliver and complete the installation of an audio/visual (AV) system update for the Council Chambers.   

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (“RFT”), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents.
