The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to perform SIDEWALK WINTER MAINTENANCE & WINDROW CLEANING. The Specifications and Scope of Work for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The project consists of the supply of all labour, equipment and materials required to perform: · Plowing and sanding operations on municipal sidewalks, walkways and designated locations using · Plowing windrows in various locations provided by the Town.
