The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town) is soliciting bids from Contractors to perform the Reconstruction of O’Brien Avenue within the Municipality, to be completed in 2024.  

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
