The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, acting on behalf of the Latcham Art Centre, is issuing this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to seek proposals from qualified Proponents to select the best-fit web design agency to improve the user experience of www.latchamartcentre.ca for the public, ultimately leading to the design of a fresh new website. Latcham Art Centre is a not-for-profit public art centre that inspires the community to engage with visual art through exhibitions of contemporary art and education programs. Latcham is best known for its diverse, professional exhibitions of contemporary art, and its engaging, creative programming. It offers 8 exhibitions annually in its main gallery, and programs 4 exhibitions annually in the community's municipal offices gallery space. The Scope of Work (collectively the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP) and may be amended by an addendum issued by the Latcham Art Centre. |
