The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified landscape companies ( “Contractors/Proponents”) for the supply of all labour, materials and equipment to perform horticulture maintenance services at various Town properties, as outlined in this RFP bid document.

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.

The landscaping and maintenance properties identified in this RFP bid document are illustrated in the appended maps
