The Town requires qualified Contractors to provide sewer and water connections and associated work to accommodate new land use and development or re-development which may arise from single infill residential, high-rise condominiums, construction of commercial and industrial facilities as required by third party requests. The purpose of this RFPQ is to invite interested and qualified Proponents to apply for inclusion on a prequalification list as per the evaluation criteria specified in this RFPQ. Only the top five 5 Prequalified Proponents will receive further notices of procurement covered by the scope of this RFPQ as further described in the second stage selection process. This allows the Town to initiate and complete projects in an efficient, cost effective and highly skilled manner. Additional scope of work, terms & conditions, evaluation criteria, etc. can be found in the bid document and appendices. |
