Description: 

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified refrigeration design/build contractors (“Proponents”) to provide design services, to manufacture and construct a seasonal outdoor skating trail and refrigerated basketball court at Memorial Park, located at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Leisure Centre. 

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Project”) are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
