The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Contractors (“Proponents”) to undertake the construction of a skating trail and field house building at Memorial Park in the community of Stouffville. 

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
