The Whitchurch-Stouffville Public Library (WSPL) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants (Proponents) to develop a thirty-year Facility Needs Assessment and Master Plan that will guide the Library Board and Staff in the delivery of future public library services to the residents of Whitchurch-Stouffville. This Work will include a significant community research component in providing a current and projected assessment of our community’s needs.

The Scope of Work (collectively the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP) and may be amended by addendum issued by the WSPL.
