The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Leisure & Community Services Department is soliciting Proposals for grass cutting, trimming and maintenance services, as outlined in this bid document. The length of the contract is for two (2) years (2020 and 2021), with two (2) additional one (1) year options (2022 and 2023) available to extend the contract, depending upon necessity, budget approval, satisfactory Contractor performance, and mutual agreement. The grass cutting and maintenance properties defined in this Bid document are divided into three (3) areas. Proponents must submit a bid for all Parts in order for their Proposal to be considered for award. The Specifications and Scope of Work for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal, as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. A PROPOSAL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS RFP. |
