The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (“The Town”), in collaboration with the Regional Municipality of York (“The Region”), is seeking proposals from qualified Commissioning Providers (CxP) to support the construction of a Joint Fire Station and Paramedic Response Station located at 4902 Aurora Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. This state-of-the-art facility, planned as a single-floor building spanning approximately 18,500 square feet, will house essential services for the community and is designed to meet LEED Silver certification standards under the Canada Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
