The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified consultants for the Design and Construction Management Services for the Replacement of 3km of Highway 48 Watermain.
The project description and scope of work (collectively, the “Project”) are as set out in this Request for Proposal, as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. Award is subject to budget availability.
