Description: 

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified Consultants for the preparation of a Preliminary Growth Management Assessment which will provide an assessment of the Town’s population and employment growth forecasts and land needs to the year 2041, including intensification opportunities within strategic growth areas and an analysis of built heritage resources within the delineated built-up area of the Community of Stouffville. This work will inform the Region’s Municipal Comprehensive Review (“MCR”) and the Town’s subsequent Official Plan Review.
