The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of the following vehicle: One (1) new articulating loader, four (4) wheel drive, with bucket having a size of a minimum of one (1.0) cubic yard. Separate - Provisional Items B1 and B2 The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The specification lists only the major details of the vehicle (the “Unit”). It is the Successful Bidder’s (Supplier’s) responsibility to deliver a fully equipped Vehicle with compatible components including all current regulatory safety/restraint devices and equipment as required by government regulation and manufacturer’s standard equipment for the make/model as supplied to provide dependable, efficient service. BPS - The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is part of the Broader Public Service of the Province of Ontario and as such may be eligible for concessions (discounts) on vehicles included in the Ministry of Government Services Vendor of Record arrangement OSS-00163907.
