Description: 

The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is issuing an RFP to qualify and select one or more e-learning content providers to supply independent, interactive learning modules for staff. The Town requires modules that support compliance, professional development, and technical skills, and that are compatible with the Town’s HRIS (DLGL-VIP) and LMS module through SCORM packages and alignment to the Town’s training framework.

The successful proponent will work closely with the Town’s Human Resources department through the duration of the Project.
