Description: 

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) requires the services of an experienced, qualified Contractor to provide routine and emergency infrastructure repairs associated with the water distribution systems, storm sewer and sanitary sewer collection systems within the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville for 2027, 2028 and 2029 with the possibility of two (2) additional one-year extensions based on satisfactory Contractor performance, mutual agreement and budget availability. 


The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by an addendum issued by the Town.
