The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the "Town") is seeking proposals from qualified Bailiff Agencies ("Bailiff") to provide professional Bailiff services for the collection and recovery of outstanding municipal property taxes. The contract will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to renegotiate and extend the contract for an optional three (3) one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions of this RFP, based on vendor performance and budget availability.

The project description and scope of work (collectively, the “Project”) are as set out in this Request for Proposal, as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The award is subject to budget availability.
