Description: 

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is soliciting from qualified Contractors for the Construction of
Tresstown S. Parkette in Stouffville, Ontario. The specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project area as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.

This contract includes, but is not limited to, the following work:

 - Removals and Demolition;

 -  Rough Grading;

 -  Site Servicing (playground drainage);

 -  Playground Equipment Installation;

 - Metal Shade Structure and Concrete Footings;

- Asphalt Walkways;

- Concrete Paving, Concrete curbing, and Concrete Ramp;

- Engineered Wood Fibre Playground Surfacing;

- Boulders;

- Site Furnishings (benches and accessible patio table); and

- Sodding.

The anticipated completion date is Friday, August 30, 2019.
