Description: 

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified Consultants (“Proponents”) to assist the Town with an update to the 2017 Asset Management Plan (“AMP”) to meet the July 1, 2022 legislative requirements as identified in Ontario Regulation 588/17 for core infrastructure assets. 

In the context of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), the update will focus on “core” assets that include roads, water, wastewater, storm, bridges/culverts.

Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents.
