The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified Landscape Architectural consulting firms (“Proponents”) to provide landscape design services, detail design services, tendering and contract administration services for the development of two (2) new parks with a play site, shade structure, pathways and other amenities located at 185 McKean Drive and 330 Busato Drive, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. The 16,003.55 m2 (1.6 ha) McKean site is surrounded by an existing residential neighbourhood. along with the Busato site at 3,007.78 m2 (0.3 ha). Please reference Appendix A – McKean Park Site and Appendix B – Busato Park Site, for the location details of each. The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Project”) are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
