The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bid Proposals through a two-envelope process from qualified landscape companies (“Contractors/Proponents”) for the supply of all labour, materials and equipment to perform horticulture, turf and cemetery maintenance services at various locations throughout the Town, as outlined in this bid document. The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The Town has divided the scope of work into two (2) parts, Part A – Horticulture Maintenance, Part B – Turf and Cemetery Maintenance, giving the prospective proponents the opportunity to bid on the entirety of the contract or in part. The Town also reserves the right to award this contract in its entirety or in part. |
