The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is soliciting Bids for the construction of streetlighting and concrete sidewalk along Highway 48 from, Ballantrae Gates plaza (approximately 80m north of Aurora Road (York Region Rd # 15)) to Ballantrae Common, in Ballantrae.

The project shall be performed in accordance with contract documents.

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.

The Town reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award in whole or in part (including, without limitation, by item or groups of items), or to award to more than one Bidder, or not to award.
