The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Contractors (“Proponents”) for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of two (2) new parks in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Busato Parkette, located at 330 Busato Drive (PART A) and McKean Park, located at 185 McKean Drive (PART B). 

The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
