The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Class Environmental Assessment for the Extension of Bethesda Road and Water and Wastewater Servicing for Bethesda Road.


The project description and scope of work (collectively, the “Project”) are as set out in this Request for Proposal, as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. Award is subject to budget availability.
