The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bids for the emergency road reconstruction and shoreline stabilization of Lakeshore Road in the Town. The Work shall begin on a date to be determined by the Town and the Contractor following award in March, 2020, and shall be completed as set out in the Contract, unless otherwise extended or amended by mutual written agreement of the Town and the Contractor. All work shall be completed on or before August 31, 2020. The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The Town reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award in whole or in part (including, without limitation, by item or groups of items), or to award to more than one Bidder, or not to award. |
